The Freedom Fruit brand symbolises the unique South African-European branding partnership between two innovative fresh-produce entities, namely Star South Fruits and Cool Fresh International. The brand vision of "Doing good by buying right" is aimed at all socially conscious producers, service providers, retailers and consumers. Combining the strengths of all partners, the Freedom Fruit brand is creating new world markets for South African fresh produce. As benefactors and supporters of the Stars in their Eyes Foundation, the project partners also make a valuable and sustainable contribution to farm workers in the South African fruit industry.
